About The Role
The primary responsibility of the Special Project Engagement Manager is to manage stakeholders (internal and external), oversee SOP implementation, ensure the project is executed in a timely manner.
What You Will Do
- Stakeholder engagement
- Managing communications with stakeholders
- Ensures SOP implementation for stakeholders including reward and sanctions
- Review project timeliness and process
- Ensuring project target is achieved
- Implementation of QA & QC assessment
- Gathering effective feedback on the projects
What You Will Need
- A minimum of 5 years work experience in Operations or Sales, 8 years in total work experience
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Have solid experience in cross functional project,
- Great communication skills both in English and in Bahasa Indonesia, networking
- Strong business acumen
- Have proven experience in complex projects and delivering results
- Fast learner, can work in an ambiguous setting
