FF&E Specialist

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella – SALT, Switch, Parker’s, Grind, Somewhere and Public.

We are currently seeking to hire an experienced FF&E Specialist for the Design department.

· Must have experience with all phases of Interior Design project deliverables from Concept Design through Construction Administration.

· Proven ability to work independently or with minor oversight to perform assignments including programming needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and construction documentation.

· Proven ability to produce mood, material, and design presentations independently or with minimal supervision.

· Experience in participating in client and consultant meetings. · Excellent graphic design, organizational, time management, and written and verbal communication skills. · Must have extensive Furniture, Fixture and Equipment knowledge

· Must have extensive knowledge of ideal installation conditions of materials and equipment.

· Must have a wide resource of suppliers, vendors and contractors. Local and international.

· Can manage multiple deadlines by various design managers.

· Must have the foresight to be informed of up-coming development in the trade
