About the role:
As Channel Sales Manager at UltiMaker, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the regional strategy to stimulate profitable growth in the Greater China region. You'll report to the Asia Pacific Channel Director and play a crucial role in expanding our partner network and strengthening our market position.

What you'll do:
- Develop and execute market development strategies
- Recruit, onboard, and develop channel partners to achieve annual sales targets
- Work closely with partners to develop and exceed accurate sales forecasts
- Create a team atmosphere focused on open communication and commitment to the mission
- Manage strategic sales plans, including prioritization of activities
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Extensive travel to serve the assigned region

What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in B2B channel development
- Relevant experience in Channel Sales/Management
- Proven track record in strategic sales planning and profitable market growth
- Excellent consultative selling skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve annual targets/goals
- Strong communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation in both English and Chinese
- Analytical and strategic planning skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt style/approach based on situational dynamics
- Competitive drive and strong desire to win

Pluses:
- Experience in the 3D printing industry
- Knowledge of other Asian languages
