What You'll Do
- UI Design: Using existing wireframes and a design system, create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered designs using Figma.
- Front-End Development: Develop responsive, accessible, and efficient front-end components using React, MUI, and CSS.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to understand business requirements,propose solutions, and contribute to product development.
- Communication: Clearly communicate ideas, ask thoughtful questions, and actively participate in team discussions.
What You Need
- Extensive experience in UI design using Figma.
- Expertise in converting wireframes into intuitive, user-friendly web interfaces that align with a Design System and can be easily implemented by developers.
- Solid proficiency in React.js for front-end development.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including identifying root causes and quickly resolving front-end issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative team environment, staying engaged and accessible during working hours.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems and source code management, including tasks like branching, frequent commits, repo syncing, and handling pull/merge requests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset and a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must reside in the United States.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (we cannot sponsor visas).
Salary & Benefits
- Location: 100% Remote (US-Based Candidates Only)
- Salary: $90k - $115k (Contract to Hire)
- Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
