Product Owner(PMO)

• Evaluating product needs (client , market,legal changes, etc)
• Maximize product value
• Translating product needs into requirements
• Ensures product needs are satisfied at the right time
• Ensures product quality meets the required standards
• Ensures product needs are delivered within the business case
• Managers product internal and external expectations
• Suppliers and contract managemen

• summarize the status of the asset to date
• report on progress and timeline

• Scrum masters to provide the input, PMO able to align with PO and SM to collect the feedback.
• once feedback received, document with above structure.
• Report to DAF management and steering committee and facilitate monthly steering committees.

• Should have experience with reporting to senior management.
• Managing budget
