What You'll Do:

Assisting of customer orders, reassigning of transaction, modification etc. for fulfillment rate purposes.
Handle and resolve complaints both for users in thoughtful and professional manner.
Submit tickets for escalated concerns such as damaged/missing items, undelivered orders etc.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.

What we seek:

A passionate customer service professional with BPO exaperience

What you'll need:

At least 6 months of BPO experience
Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
Must be amenable to working onsite in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange
Must be amenable to work on a 1-month contract from November 26, 2024 to December 26, 2024.
