Job Description:
- Lead, management and report-out of Calibration Activities (Project management) on several Electrified Propulsion Systems.
Responsible for Project management activities within the Calibration organization including but not limited to: - Financial rollups
- Timing development
- Issues management
- Project report-outs including Directors Reviews & Mgmt Reviews
- Leading cross functional teams (through PMC Team meeting)
- Lead Quality Gate Reviews
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field from an ABET accredited university
- 3-5 years business and technical project leadership experience
- Self Starter
- Ability to lead cross functional teams
- Ability to set stretch goals, create/sustain energy and drive results
- Drives change where necessary to bring projects to fruition
- Ability to communicate effectively to senior management
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and results orientation
- Exhibit strong intellect, sound judgment and strategic thinking
- Supports and promotes team above self interest
- Process oriented
- Strong computer skills (including PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project)
Preferred Requirements: - BS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive)
- Bachelor or Master of Business Administration
- 5 years experience with automotive OEM or supplier with relevant expertise described above
- PMP Certified
