Job Description:

  • Lead, management and report-out of Calibration Activities (Project management) on several Electrified Propulsion Systems.

Responsible for Project management activities within the Calibration organization including but not limited to:
  • Financial rollups
  • Timing development
  • Issues management
  • Project report-outs including Directors Reviews & Mgmt Reviews
  • Leading cross functional teams (through PMC Team meeting)
  • Lead Quality Gate Reviews

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field from an ABET accredited university
  • 3-5 years business and technical project leadership experience
  • Self Starter
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams
  • Ability to set stretch goals, create/sustain energy and drive results
  • Drives change where necessary to bring projects to fruition
  • Ability to communicate effectively to senior management
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and results orientation
  • Exhibit strong intellect, sound judgment and strategic thinking
  • Supports and promotes team above self interest
  • Process oriented
  • Strong computer skills (including PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project)

Preferred Requirements:
  • BS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive)
  • Bachelor or Master of Business Administration
  • 5 years experience with automotive OEM or supplier with relevant expertise described above
  • PMP Certified
