Databricks is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Counsel to join our expanding Legal team to support and lead a broad range of compensation and employee benefits matters. This position will report to our Director & Assistant General Counsel, Corporate, Securities and M&A, and is a unique opportunity to play a leading role and to provide business-focused legal advice to stakeholders throughout Databricks on a daily basis. You will be agile, highly organized and have the skills, drive and flexibility to support and accelerate a leading technology company, addressing cutting-edge legal issues and organizational challenges. A successful candidate will be a resourceful self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and excellent at building strong relationships.

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
