Job Description: Job Overview:
Qualcomm Customer Engineering Operations team is seeking a self-motivated and responsible Data Analyst that is knowledgeable and experienced in IoT. This individual will work closely with Customer Engineering Global Operation Team members and should be able to take guidance from senior team members or work independently. Responsibilities:
Create and maintain database of milestones based on existing data. Database to be reviewed monthly with executives.
Work with several different systems, including MS Excel, Tableau, and Qlikview to gather, report, and ascertain critical business trends and perform statistical analysis and trend analysis.
Organizing data for creation of clear and concise presentations using expert-level PowerPoint skills in a format that can be easily read by executives and business groups for decision making.
Deliver sustainable results using statistical analysis tools and project management methods.
Creation and development of Reports/Dashboards to capture customer support efforts and present KPIs.
Work with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Engineering) to develop functional Statement of Work for Various IoT products.
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years experience working in an Engineering atmosphere
Bachelor in one of the following or equivalent experience: Computer/Electrical Engineering, Data Analysis, Computer/Informational Science
Expert level knowledge in MS Excel (current versions) and MS Powerpoint
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's, Business Administration and/or Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering
