Stoneridge Software is looking for a driven & self-motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Executive to join our growing team! As a Sales Executive at Stoneridge Software, you will be responsible for managing and running the entire sales cycles specifically for Microsoft Dynamics ERP & CRM solutions. To be a successful in this role, you must love building relationships with clients and identifying possible opportunities within the market. A Day in the Life
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the Microsoft Business Applications, Modern Work, and Data/AI market to include key competitors, ISVs, and industry trends
- Industry expertise in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Retail and/or medical device
- Document, understand, and communicate the buying process by developing a mutual plan for clients
- Create and communicate the mutual plan with the prospect and internal team
- Manage project estimate and scope by working with delivery counterparts
- Perform contract negotiation and manage redline process
- Administer detailed contract management for all clients and prospects including but not limited to the SOW, MSA, referral agreements, mutual non-disclosures, and support agreements
- Ensure timely and accurate data is maintained on all leads, opportunities, accounts and contacts
- Manage sales opportunities for new and existing clients that include software, consulting services, and support services
- Identify and qualify the opportunities and clients that fit the Stoneridge values
- Create and maintain strategic relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Collaborate effectively with all internal resources (ie. EM, PM, Leadership, etc)
- Manage sales to delivery handoff to ensure the delivery team is setup for success
- Document company details of the client when assessing their needs for future visibility to other departments and teams
- Understand and appropriately manage client escalations
- Achieve key metrics including Sales Goal, Revenue Goal, and Client Add Goal
- Leverages knowledge and experiences to find and encourage win-win solutions with team members and clients
- Mentors and develops team members in your area of expertise by providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their functional skills and professional growth
- Organizes tasks and projects efficiently and sets clear goals to ensure timely completion
- Makes effective decisions and recommendations for Stoneridge Software and our client's best interests
- Delivers high-quality work within established deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Prioritizes self-development by attending training or self-learning to enhance skills and expertise
- Instills trust through honesty, integrity, and respect, modeling the organization’s values and vision
- Fosters and champions psychological safety and a positive team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 4+ years of Consulting Services Sales experience in ERP, CRM, Power Platform, and Tech Services solutions
- Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Skilled in utilizing various presentation software to effectively communicate ideas and strategies
- Demonstrates experience in developing and executing implementation methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of negotiation strategies and marketing principles
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully
- Expertise in managing and optimizing the sales process from lead generation to closing
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Extensive experience in selling IT consulting services
- Skilled in preparing comprehensive and compelling proposals
- Ability to deliver impactful presentations to executive audiences
- Demonstrates ability to adapt to changing environments and requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English

Work Location: This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States or REMOTE in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan).
Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to regularly meet with client teams across the United States and Canada will be asked to attend industry events from time to time.

Compensation
- Our philosophy is to provide compensation that is Competitive, Equitable, and Driven by Performance. Various factors impact our pay ranges including market conditions and national salary data. To determine competitive salaries within this range we consider candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. These are national ranges, inclusive of bonus opportunities and could represent multiple role levels.
US (USD): $143,800 - $193,400
Canada (CAD): C$125,600 - C$162,100
