A variety of shifts are available, such as day, night, 5-day, and compressed shifts (3 days on, 4 days off / 4 days on, 3 days off) based on business needs! Overtime is available as well! The shift needs as determined by the business.

Day shift: 6:00-AM - 6:00-PM
Night shift 6:00-PM - 6:00-AM


Technicians work on systems and maintain a supply of chemicals and gases to a semiconductor manufacturing environment that makes the chips used in electronic devices such as Smart Phones, LEDs, and Flat Screen TVs.

Technicians will be responsible for the safe operation of assigned chemical and/or gas distribution systems, with duties including:
• Handling and change-out of gas, chemical, and slurry containers
• Chemical and Gas equipment troubleshooting and preventative/repair maintenance
• Computer operations to support job functions and customer needs
• Support of quality systems

Physical Attributes:
• Walking up to 5 or 6 miles per day
• Occasionally may need to climb a tanker truck (18-wheeler), while using fall protection, to off-load chemicals into a drum.
• In some cases, Technicians must put on Supplied Contained Breathing Air Respirator (this type of respirator provides air from a cylinder through a mask connected to the cylinder) while working with chemicals (approx. 10-15 minutes)
• Basic lifting (up to 40lbs)
• Bending of the knees and overhead reaching
• PPE made available to workers include safety glasses, hard hat, ear plugs, chemical aprons, gloves, etc.
• The worker will be provided a voucher to purchase safety boots, which they are required to wear
• A Fit for Duty Evaluation will be required prior to reporting and annually which includes: Pulmonary Function Test for wearing a respirator, audiogram baseline for wearing hearing protection, and a physical exam.
• Workers are required to complete hazardous communication training (Right to Know) before work. There are no planned activities or work in which a worker is exposed to any of the products used onsite.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Must speak English

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in maintenance or as an equipment technician or in a mechanical or electronic environment is a plus
• Previous experience with chemical and gas distribution equipment is helpful but not a must
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Military training is welcomed
• Strong technical aptitude
• Excellent communication skills •
