Strategic Planning Associate Director

What You’ll Do

• Win trust of clients:
  • Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to clients about brand and communications and a critical part of the client-facing leadership team from the agency
  • Manage client expectations based on the priorities and recommend the most effective actions plans
• Strategic planning:
  • Working with Head of Strategy and Business consulting to lead a mid-size or large clients
  • Show a strong sense of leadership and mentorship on devising integrated communication plans, influencer communication plans, social & digital
    communication plans on client’s briefs
  • Coaching and developing more junior strategists in the team and supporting the broader agency team to evolve and grow in terms strategic thinking
  • Guide and advise the wider team on best practices, innovation, trends and work processes
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders - account management, creative, media & influencer teams to ensure the campaign's smooth implementation
  • Participate in the new business pitch or other strategic work
• Creative orientation:
  • Inspire creative teams with creative briefs, stimulus to create correct and creative driven content and campaigns
• Other responsibilites:
  • Prepare and present AnyMind Vietnam work in a positive light among the industry practioners and their forum

Who You Are

• 8-10 years of agency / client experience in devising the IMC, Social / digital and Influencers - brand, communication, content strategies for brands
• (Must Have) Someone who is excited about Marketing Technology
• Deep exposure and experience in nutrition and FMCG is a plus
• Has a good command over English and with strong interpersonal skills
• A team-player, highly motivated, and committed
• Managed a team of minimum 4-5 people with an abiity to coach and develop members of the team
• Has depth of understanding about the industry, business, brands, and consumers in client conversations.
• A passion for data, insights, ideation and leadership
• Values integrity
