The Event Operations Executive is a key role responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of event ticketing and customer service operations. This position involves managing internal and external teams, optimizing ticketing systems, and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience.

Your main duties in flying with us:

  • Team Management: Lead, train, and develop the ticket operations staff and outsourced vendors; Ensure team proficiency in customer service, ticket system procedures, and sales techniques.
  • Ticketing System Management: Manage, troubleshoot, and upgrade the on-ground ticketing systems; Oversee the implementation and maintenance of redemption and gate entry systems.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Support all aspects of ticket manifests, pricing strategies, and budgeting for events; Conduct site visits, coordinate logistics, and execute event ticketing plans.
  • Vendor Management: Monitor vendor performance and manage ticket stock orders and printing processes.
  • Customer Experience: Oversee customer operations to guarantee a positive experience throughout the customer journey; Create and deliver training programs on new initiatives and changes to empower staff and vendors; Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience online and on-ground.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 1-2 years experience in Entertainment/event ticketing experience required. Demonstrated success in overseeing ticketing operations and systems.
  • Proficiency in computer usage (PC, Windows-based environment).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in managing and troubleshooting event ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of budget preparation, cost estimation, and monitoring.
