We’re disrupting a $17B private bus industry (in North America alone) that is where the taxi industry was before ride-share. We are doing this by shifting business online and allowing event organizers to move large groups to their destinations with ease. We are the reference in people transportation, including professional sports teams, major tech companies, international music festivals, and everyone in between. In the last 2 years, we have successfully expanded our offering to offer our virtual fleet of vehicles, technology and marketing know-how to governmental entities (transit authorities, airports, etc.).

Enter you, an industry all-star to lead this fast-growing segment.

Your Role: is looking for an experienced Chief Digital Officer who will create the best-in-class omnichannel experience for our clients and their riders through a combination of technological innovation and strategic partnerships. The Digital team ensures that wins by enabling a uniquely differentiated transportation as a service (Taas) experience, securing rich industry partnerships and providing the organization with product strategy, technology subject matter expertise and thought leadership.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive differentiation and value creation – Develop new digital capabilities, products, services, and experiences based on deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Act as Company Product & Digital Evangelist – Combine business acumen with digital and product expertise to articulate the digital future of the enterprise and drive innovation throughout the organization.
  • Manage global client and partner relations – Interface with our largest and most sophisticated clients and partners globally. Support Sales teams with expert advice for closing new deals and growing existing client revenue.
  • Bring innovative products to market in an efficient and low-risk way – Lead highly ambitious transformative initiatives with bias toward buy-over-build, config-over-customize and reuse whenever possible.
  • Be the voice of strategic influence – Focus team on driving desired and achievable business outcomes. Lead feasibility assessments and oversee execution managing scope, timelines, prioritization and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop the organization’s digital capabilities – Build digital talent through a combination of developing current staff and attracting new talent.

Your Skills and Competencies:

  • You have a customer-centric design mindset and deliver services and products with the right product market fit.
  • You take a minimum viable product and data driven approach to delivering on your roadmap and regularly conduct experiments to validate hypotheses along the way.
  • You have a strong ability to transform data and information into insights that inform high-level strategy and deliver business value.
  • As a digital native, you act as the “translator” between business and technology and ensure your strategy is well understood throughout the organization
  • You have a solid understanding of how technology products are delivered and as such are able to anticipate future roadblocks and help mitigate delivery risks.
  • You have an excellent understanding of the digital product development lifecycle, and are versed in agile delivery frameworks.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a keen ability to stimulate strategic discussions, negotiate and drive consensus.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to work with internal and external senior stakeholders on large-scale technical projects, building plans and managing progress reporting.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are able to deal with ambiguity, and are willing to wear multiple hats in order to get the job done.

Ideally You Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing, computer science or similar relevant experience
  • Proven track record of building successful digital products
  • Experience leading design and engineering teams
  • French speaking considered an asset
