Job Overview:

The CRM Production Associate will support the US-based CRM team in driving activation, retention, and conversion across our Consumer, Degrees, and Enterprise segments. This role will work on execution of our CRM initiatives, including audience creation, email production, campaign and testing setup, and QA across various channels including Email, Push, Whatsapp, SMS, and in-app messaging.

Reporting directly to the CRM Production Manager, this role will help to enrich the learner experience, and help further Coursera’s mission to improve lives through education. The right candidate will be a fast learner, highly detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in Braze is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day execution of cross-channel programs including campaign setup, coding emails, building audience segments, testing setup, and QA
  • Ensure high quality, error-free email campaigns across different email clients and ESPs
  • Partner with CRM Manager to maintain production output and weekly campaign calendar deliverables
  • Assist in managing and updating program automations
  • Builds custom emails leveraging existing components and dynamic variables

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant email production experience (setting up campaigns, QA, building emails)
  • Highly motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a diverse team while demonstrating highly effective interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Can work a few US PT-friendly hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building email campaigns and journeys in Braze a plus
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and mobile responsive email design, strongly preferred
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to code emails (HTML, CSS, and mobile responsive email design)
  • Edtech industry experience coupled with demonstrated passion for education and higher-education marketing experience
