Position Summary

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a passionate & focused

Commercial Operations Team Lead to join the Property Finder group reporting to the Head of Group Commercial Operations. 


You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sales processes, reporting, and analytics to drive revenue growth and support our sales team. This role requires a deep understanding of sales and revenue operations, strong expertise in BI tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This position is designed for an aspiring manager looking to grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

.    Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales teams to streamline and optimize sales processes from lead generation to deal closure, leveraging automation and workflows. Provide key insights to foster faster deal closing times and revenue growth.

·   Reporting, Analytics, & Actionable Insights: Develop and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards using BI tools to provide actionable insights to the sales and executive teams. Monitor key performance metrics and trends to support data-driven decision-making. Provide key insights to Country Managers and Sales leadership with weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences to help identify potential growth opportunities and possible risks.

·   Team Growth: Manage and foster growth within your team, ensuring constant progression in terms of development and delivering impactful milestones/OKRs. This includes people management responsibilities such as training, mentoring, and performance evaluation..

·   Data Management: Oversee data hygiene and governance initiatives to maintain data quality and integrity. Implement data enrichment strategies as needed.

·   Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on key commercial operations initiatives. Travel to key markets from time to time to ensure operational standards are maintained.

·   Training and User Support: Provide training and support to sales and operations teams to maximize their use of BI tools. Address user queries and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

·   Technology Integration and Driving Efficiency: Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that complement existing tools to enhance commercial operations and sales efficiency. Identify key tools that can improve the sales journey and present business cases at the executive level for consideration.

 

The Person

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a Sales or Revenue Operations role, preferably in a tech-related company. Consultancy background is a bonus.
  • Strong expertise in BI tools and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with data management and CRM best practices.
  • People mentor with an understanding on how to develop IDPs

Other Capabilities

● Highly organized with the ability to multi task is essential

● Background in tech companies/environment desirable
