Position Description:
 
We are looking for an Front Desk Administrator to join our Administration team to improve infrastructure in our Pittsburgh office. The candidate must have a high school diploma and have at least two years of related office experience. The candidate must also be self-motivated, work well with others, and have excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Plan and execute office events and meetings
  • Greet all incoming vendors, clients, and guests
  • Answer the phone system (Microsoft Teams), and route calls to the appropriate extension, or voicemail
  • Process outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail
  • Assist the procurement and set up of new hire equipment
  • Manage office and kitchen supply inventory.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain overall office organization and appearance.
  • Maintain a safe working environment

Education:

  • High school diploma

Skills/Experience:

  • 2-5 years of office experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • eBuilder experience is preferred
