Hire Resolve is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Key Accounts Specialist to join our client's team in Cape Town. As a Key Accounts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have and working to resolve them effectively. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture key client accounts
  • Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Provide regular reports and updates on account performance to stakeholders
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor

Requirements

  • Previous experience in account management or customer service
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
