Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive project management support for all technical proposal related tasks.
Receive RFPs from the government procurement platform.
Collect, organize and archive all received RFPs in the shared drive.
Gather all required data from RFPs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Conduct through analysis of business opportunities from RFPs, evaluating viability and strategic alignment.
Manage RFPs and other business opportunities within the ERP system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth proposal operations.
Identify and escalate potential issues or challenges to the relevant stakeholders.
Monitor all deadlines (submission dates, Q/A sessions, client meeting) to ensure timely compliance.
Support stakeholders in executing related initiatives effectively.
Develop and implement business development plans targeting keys areas for growth.

Qualifications

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Operations or related filed.
Consulting experience is preferred.
In-depth understanding of business development process and requirements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive analyses of business opportunities.
Advanced reporting skills with experience creating detailed reports and data presentations.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
