They seek a hungry and skilled Account Executive to drive business growth by building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities. You’ll be responsible for the full cycle sales and own the client relationship from lead cultivation to closing. You will be negotiating and closing deals with some of the world’s leading property developers, property managers, and key players in the real estate industry and become their point of contact for all things pre-closing.

What You'll Do
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients, including property developers, property managers, and key players in the real estate industry.
- Outbound Sales Efforts: Conduct outreach via emails, calls, and networking to initiate conversations and generate new business opportunities.
- Sales Presentations & Pitches: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead contract negotiations, address client concerns, and finalize agreements to successfully close deals.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track progress in the sales funnel, update CRM systems, and ensure timely follow-ups with leads.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategy and client needs.
- Market & Industry Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key sales metrics and provide regular updates to the leadership team on progress and insights.
- Continuous Learning & Adaptation: Improve sales techniques, adapt strategies based on client feedback, and contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.
What You Need
- Sales, Account Management, and Business Development skills.
- At least 1-3 years experience in B2B SaaS Sales (Experience in Prop-Tech startup is a plus).
- Experience in lead qualification/demand generation.
- Knowledge of using LinkedIn to prospect leads (Sales Navigator a plus).
- Ability to multitask and manage account list.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience working with a CRM system (preferably Salesforce).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in the real estate or technology industry is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Sense of urgency to achieve great things in life (essential).
Salary & Benefits
- Location: New York, New York, US.
- Salary: $60,000 base salary + Double OTE (Total comp = $120k).
- This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
- The position is immediately available.
- On-Site.
- Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day.
- Equity in the company in the form of stock options.
