<title>About the role</title>

As a B2B Partnerships Manager at Bolt Business, you will be pivotal in driving our growth strategy by identifying and cultivating impactful partnerships and initiatives, as well as optimising our existing relationships.


In this role, you will grow and develop a brand new Affiliate Partner Programme for Bolt Business, partnering with companies who have access to prospective Business Customers. As an affiliate expert, you will bring knowledge and expertise to build a comprehensive and attractive programme, managing commercial models and providing promotional information to affiliate partners. 


You will also be responsible for maintaining a robust portfolio of  API distribution collaborations, skillfully navigating complex relationships, negotiating high-value contracts, and devising innovative solutions to maximise performance.
The position requires ambition, drive, and confidence, as well as a necessity to bring expertise in building B2B Affiliate Programs.   • <point>Identify and recruit new affiliate partners by developing and managing an appealing referral program that delivers a strong ROI</point>
  • <point>Optimise the partner base to drive growth for Bolt Business by offering incentives and collaborating with partners to promote our products (CPA, CPL, Fixed Fee, Revshare). </point>
  • <point>Develop new content for partners and ensure our affiliate proposition remains attractive and cost-effective.</point>
  • <point>Manage partner requests for product enhancements, prioritising them based on potential ROI and strategic alignment with our business goals.</point>
  • <point>Maintain and expand the API distribution partner portfolio by identifying growth opportunities, offering product guidance, and providing first-tier technical support.</point>
  • <point>Source, analyse, negotiate, and secure new opportunities with strategic distribution partners.</point>

  • <point>You can effectively communicate in English and the local language, efficiently network, and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders</point>
  • <point>You have a proven track record in identifying, initiating, negotiating, and finalising significant partnership agreements</point>
  • <point>You are experienced in uncovering new business opportunities arising from product changes and market trends</point>
  • <point>You demonstrate the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate intricate solutions with both internal and external parties</point>
