Job Scope:
This role focuses on supporting investment operations by managing TIPS-related documentation and RFP processes, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and alignment with strategic goals. The Analyst will also oversee contract and document management while providing essential administrative and strategic support to investment activities.
Essential Functions
- Manage and maintain documentation for the investment process, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to stakeholders.
- Develop, draft, and manage proposals and reports, ensuring they are completed and delivered on time.
- Track and manage critical investment data, including agreements, cap tables, and deal-related information, to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Support the entire contract lifecycle, from execution to post-execution document management, ensuring compliance and organization.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations and other materials tailored for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to enhance investment tracking and reporting efficiency.
- Plan, organize, and manage startup ecosystem events, handling scheduling, communications, and follow-ups effectively.
- Administer and support the TIPS application process for portfolio companies, including providing pitch consultation, maintaining accurate records, and managing portfolio reporting.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred fields include Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related areas, though not mandatory).
- At least 1 year of experience in investment support, fund operations, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience as a research analyst or consultant within professional services.
- In-depth knowledge of TIPS frameworks and a solid understanding of venture capital processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting, managing, and maintaining professional documentation.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 10% for events and in-person meetings.
- Comfortable with prolonged desk work, including extensive computer use.
- Adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
