Aim of the position:

Lead the local Market(s) Commercial and Client Service function. Provide local commercial and client service and interactions with the Nielsen Ukraine client base delivering best in class outcomes for our clients.
Collaborate with the local market operational leads & stakeholders to identify areas of business opportunity and growth through servicing.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with our existing and new clients through exceptional client service and regular checkpoints with clients.
  • Senior point of contact for Sales and Post Sales activities.
  • Maintain an effective process and information flow between the BUs (Product, Operations, Marcomms) .
  • Promote cross team/function collaboration to drive cross function knowledge. 
  • Maintain and grow existing client revenue, and prospect for new clients.
  • Review and revise service processes with EMEA AM lead for continuous improvement.
  • Product knowledge expert across AM services in the local market.
  • Troubleshooting expert across AM services.
  • Responds to and resolves escalated issues and/or unique or complex requests from clients.
  • Advocating Nielsen AM solutions with internal stakeholders as well as clients.

Skills:

  • Strong commercial skills with experience in sales negotiations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian.
  • Experience in client service related roles with focus on JICs, Broadcasters and Publishers, Advertisers and Agencies, Media companies.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Client centric mindset.
  • Problem solving & Analytical thinking.
  • Strong Business acumen.
  • Good knowledge of the Media Industry.
  • Passionate about building client relationships and driving client engagement.
