- 10+ years of experience as a Business Architect
- Strong supply chain planning background with hands on implementation experience
- Experience in creating business architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals
- Experience in creating current (as-is) and target state (to-be) business process models using any of the modeling tools such as ARIS, Sparks, Signavio, etc
- Knowledge of modeling standards such as Archimate and Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
- Experience in process discovery by going through existing documentation, conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Ability to navigate through ambiguous environment and bring clarity to team with well-defined target state processes
- Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and strong customer facing skills
Experience working in time critical, fast paced environment
