FF&E Coordinator

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella – SALT, Switch, Parker’s, Grind, Somewhere and Public.

We are currently seeking to hire an experienced FF&E Coordinator who is responsible for managing and coordinating the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for hospitality interior design projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for design. a. Must have adequate furniture, fixture and equipment knowledge

b. Must have adequate knowledge of ideal installation conditions of materials and equipment.

c. Must have an acceptable resource of suppliers, vendors and contractors. Local and international.

d. Can produce and do simple presentations through boards, power point and other media.

e. Can cope with deadlines by various design managers.

f. Must have the foresight to be aware of up-coming development in the trade
