Job Title: Phlebotomist
Location: Lebanon, NH 03766
Duration: 13 weeks
Start: 11/14/2022
Shift Timing: (Days) 10 hrs per day; Tuesday; 05:30 - 16:00, Wed - Fri; 07:00 - 17:30
Every 4th weekend; Saturday 06:00 - 13:00 & Sunday; 06:00 - 09:00

Summary:

Work independently within two weeks of start date AND in a team setting.
Obtain blood specimens
Maintain knowledge of specific specimen requirements.
Follow correct order of draw based upon tube type and special handling of tests.
Utilize proper resources for obtaining specimen requirement information.
Collect and enter off-site blood work into system.
Complete and process a variety of forms.
Obtain pre-authorization and patient signature.
Prepare specimens for in-lab testing or off-site shipment.
Ensure blood-drawing stations are clean and well stocked.
Must have experience with all ages of patient population (new-born to geriatric).

Dress code:

Personal scrubs of any color

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years CURRENT Phlebotomy experience - Required
ASCP/PBT Phlebotomy Certification - Required
BLS AHA - Required
EPIC experience - Required
Travel experience - Highly Preferred
Holiday RTO may not be approved by the Client
