Responsibilities

  • 负责公司应收账款(AR)相关的财务任务。
  • 记录和优化财务工作流程,提高工作效率。
  • 与人事部门和业务经理合作,确保财务数据的准确和及时。
  • 登录不同的ATS系统,按时开具和跟踪发票。
  • 阅读和核对合同与发票内容,确保无误。
  • 监控合同和invoice的请款信息,及时进行核对。
  • 跟进发票的支付状态,与客户和业务部门沟通,确保及时回款。
  • 每周定期整理并同步到款信息到公司的管理系统和tracking sheet
  • 协助客户准备和处理工资单,确保准确性和及时性
  • 维护客户和员工的工资记录和文件
  • 处理新员工的文书工作并确保遵守雇佣法规
  • 生成与工资、税收和福利相关的报告
  • 财务分析,预算,planning, 绩效分析,薪酬核算模型优化等工作
  • 支持的是全球业务,financial planning and business partner这样的角色

Requirements

  • 财务、会计或相关专业。
  • 5-10年财务工作经验,熟悉应收账款相关工作流程。
  • 英文水平CET-6及以上,能够熟练阅读英文合同。
  • 熟悉ATS系统操作及其他财务软件, 熟练使用薪资软件和Excel进行数据输入
  • 出色的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
  • 工作细心、责任心强,具备良好的组织和时间管理能力
  • 对细节的高度关注和强大的分析能力
  • 能够以专业的态度保守机密并处理敏感信息
