Detail Job Description:
Prospective Candidate should have minimum 2 - 3 years experience in US IT Technical Recruitment.
Candidate must have experience with sourcing, screening & interview potential candidates for technology clients
Must demonstrate previous experience in working on direct clients
Willing to independently handle requirements end to end
High energy levels, Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure, rapidly evolving entrepreneurial environment.
Good Written and Verbal communication skills is a must.
Should be Btech/Bca/BE
Look for someone with good understanding of various technologies.
Preferred someone who has experience sourcing profile for LinkedIn/Yahoo/Ebay/GAP/Intuit/Apple/Amazon etc
