As the Product Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage strategic product operations projects and ensure seamless execution of product initiatives, from conception through to launch and optimisation.
You will…
- Collaborate with our product managers and operations managers to assess initial feasibility of new products, lead full operational feasibility scoping and guide roadmap planning for new products
- Raise the bar on operational excellence when it comes to execution of new products by leading regular reviews and identifying priority areas for improvement
- Manage product focused business wide projects, being responsible from scoping to execution
- Communicate effectively across all parts of the business and to various levels of stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Solve problems on-the-go in a fast-paced environment
You are/have ...
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in food (but not a must)
- Able to influence, drive alignment among a diverse set of stakeholders, lead and motivate to deliver on longer term projects as well as day to day operations
- Have strong up and downward management skills with clear communication
- Have a “roll up sleeves” attitude to entering workstreams and getting them over the line
- Quantitative and analytical experience, including solid comfort with Excel
- Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you take ownership of your work
- Entrepreneurial and can make things happen
