This international team consists of 9 people across Oslo, Stockholm, and Helsinki, and collaborates closely with our European entities, especially the UK. We handle processes throughout the lifespan of defaulted loans, including digital onboarding, online payment plans, CRM follow-ups, and legal procedures. The team also provides valuable insights during the acquisition of new portfolios and analyses historical data to continuously enhance our operations.</p><p><strong><br></strong></p><h4><strong>THE ROLE</strong></h4><p><strong></strong>As a Senior Process Specialist at PRA Group, you will focus on optimizing processes and driving efficiency improvements at the intersection of IT and operations. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and implement efficiency improvements in the collection process. The role bridges IT and operations, making it essential to balance technical skills with an understanding of business processes. You will play a key role in:</p><ul><li><strong>Project Management:</strong> Capturing business requirements, creating execution plans, and overseeing their implementation.
