This role
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting FP&A functions, budgeting & forecasting, product profitability analysis and processes, and financial reporting to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, including evaluating financial performance by comparing actual results with budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with departments to gather data for financial analysis.
- Work closely with the superior to support ongoing daily functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics or related studies.
- 1-2 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards (GAAP). Advanced knowledge of excel google suite, Hyperion and other data analysis software.
