You’ll manage the wholesale order book for a group of assigned sales representatives, coordinating closely to ensure all account needs are met.<br></p><p>As part of a high-energy team, you’ll work efficiently and flexibly, embracing opportunities to support teammates and overcome challenges. If you’re tech-savvy and quick to pick up new software, this role could be a great fit. Experience with ERP systems (such as Microsoft AX) or CRM tools like Zendesk is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is equally valuable.<br><br><strong>This position will report to the Manager of Account Services and be in-person in our Aurora office near Denver, Colorado.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><p>In this role, your key responsibilities will include:</p><ul><ul><li>Providing day-to-day support to assigned sales representatives and accounts</li><li>Meeting pre-booking deadlines and managing all necessary pre-booking activities</li><li>Offering regular updates to sales and accounts on open orders and production status</li><li>Managing open orders to ensure accurate delivery dates and confirmed shipping details, including labeling and commercial document requirements</li><li>Sharing new sales programs, booking opportunities, and product availability with assigned accounts</li></ul></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p><p><em>Required Skills and Experience:</em></p><ul><li>2+ years in a customer service role, ideally in dealer services or order management<br></li><li>Clear, effective communication skills for both written and verbal interactions</li><li>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and task prioritization</li><li>Comfort with technology and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)</li><li>Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Team-oriented, with a natural ability to build trust and achieve goals collaboratively</li><li>A passion for process improvement and a proactive approach to making things better for customers, colleagues, and the company</li></ul><p><em>Preferred qualifications:</em></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience<br></li><li>Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft AX) and/or Zendesk</li><li>Data analytics skills</li></ul><p></p><p>If this sounds like you, we’d love to learn more!
