Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic design of customer relationships: You will serve as a relationship architect, guiding customers through the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions within the field service domain. Your mission is to showcase the platform’s value and revolutionize the service process;
- Innovative Process Optimization: As a creative thinker, you will not only analyze but also refine and enhance business processes. Your focus will be on developing innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients;
- Customer-Centric Problem Solving: You will act as both a problem solver and a customer advocate, understanding and translating specific client requirements into effective solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM;
- Inspiring Through Training: Beyond sharing your expertise, you will ignite enthusiasm for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Through engaging training sessions and workshops, you’ll ensure clients fully leverage the platform’s capabilities;
- Collaborative Innovation: At HSO, you’ll thrive in a team-oriented environment. Working with interdisciplinary teams, you’ll contribute to crafting customized solutions and advancing best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM;
Requirements
- Several years of consulting experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment, with a strong background in Field Service module projects;
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Field Service, Copilot, Azure DevOps, and related technologies;
- Proficiency in writing user stories, customizing CRM solutions, and leading workshops with confidence;
- Excellent English language skills;
