About the Role
The Dual Rate Slot Attendant/Supervisor is responsible for handling routine slot machine-related customer complaints and identifying situations that may require supervisor intervention.
Position Responsibilities
- Services minor machine malfunctions, preventative/routine maintenance, accurate preparation and completion of jackpot transactions, and communicating pertinent information to various support Departments
- Maintains confidentiality of all Ocean Casino Resort trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential information
- Must follow all company/property Department policies and procedures as well as comply with existing CCC and DGE rules and regulations
- Technical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, issuance of checks for hand paid jackpots, verifying jackpot transactions, preparing appropriate documentation for jackpots and cash transactions in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
- Oversees the issuance of work tools, keys to gaming assets and maintains the integrity of all gaming activities
- Responsible for maintaining control of keys, slot data card, and all equipment needed to perform normal job duties
Essential Functions
- Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment
- Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the Casino/Hotel areas
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs
What’s Required
