Experience

- 5-8 years experience in a customer facing role and knowledge of application software projects/programs with IT systems
- 3 + years experience leading cross-functional, matrixed project teams
- Minimum 5 years experience in consulting or software implementation environment contributing to project teams and meeting deadlines as well as running workshops
- Experience working within a full cycle software development project
- Previous experience with the implementation of CUSTOMER solutions preferred.

- In-depth understanding of client needs and general impact of changes in business environment and industry trends.
- In-depth understanding of clients industry (wireline, wireless, data services, cable systems, pre/post-paid business models; etc).
- Familiarity with Business Architecture
- Excellent analytic skills to examine and analyze critical and complex business and data management practices used by customers and CUSTOMER.
- Ability to influence customers and assist them in defining their needs based on product and industry knowledge.
- Solid understanding of multiple CUSTOMER products and Solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive understanding of project management, to ensure primary responsibilities are completed within accepted standards and templates (e.g. Change Management, Issue Management).
- Highly developed communication skills for demonstrations, presentations, consulting with clients and influencing others.
