Retention bonus at 6 months - $1500 initial license, or $3000 if independently licensed!

PRIDE Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. This position will deliver outpatient services to the LGBTQIA+ community in a culturally informed and competent way.

Stipend available for Bilingual candidates English / Spanish!

Qualifications:

·         MA degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related Human services field.

·         LCSW, LMHCA, LICSW, LMHC license in State of Rhode Island

·         Clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults

·         LGBTQ culturally competent by virtue of education, training, experience, or a combination thereof

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Demonstrated critical thinking skills

·         Experience in quality management preferred

·         Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office

Compensation:

·         Full Time: Salary starting at $64,000!
