📄 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Are you looking for a challenging job at a fast-growing webshop where you can make a difference every day? Then you might be the new colleague we are looking for! 
  • At Veepee.com we aim to give every customer a "WOW" experience. That includes excellent customer service. We do this in our own (sensible) way: No scripts or pre-written answers, but super personal, solution-oriented customer contacts.

🎯 TASKS

  • We deal with our customers exclusively via Ticket (e-mail). The tickets we treat within the team are the more complex ones and our replies are custom made (no templates). Depending on the workload your team leader will make a customised schedule each day. In the morning you first check which tasks are planned for you and then fly straight in. 
  • Together with your colleagues you ensure that our customers receive a response to their e-mail within 48h. You constantly coordinate with your colleagues to distribute the work as pleasantly as possible and you give regular feedback to your team leader.
  • Every week, we also like to call back the members who did answer to our satisfaction survey to make sure that we improve their experience with our service.
  • At Veepee.com, no query from our members is the same and every day is unpredictable. So you will have to work very independently, be flexible and think along with the organization. That just makes it fun, but you have to love it.

👉 MUST HAVE skills

  • A strong personality, with a positive mindset.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing and a good knowledge of English.
  • You can type fluently and flawlessly and a computer holds no secrets for you. 
  • You can empathise with situations very well and always think in a solution-oriented way.
  • You can handle change well and want to make a difference.
  • You are full-time available.

  • We aim to make our Benelux customers happy each day by giving them a fast and personal response.
  • Our team needs to be prepared, informed and supported every day to answer any kind of request sent by the customers. 
  • Our Team leaders do work closely with each other to build the monthly planning and adapt the shifts on a daily basis according to the volume / topics to handle.  
  • It is also Customer Care responsibility to have regular contacts with all other departments of the company (Benelux, France, Germany, Spain and Italy) and highlight the pain points of the customer’s experience. That way, we keep the organization agile.
