Who do we need on the team, and what will you be doing?

As the HR Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the People and Culture functions of our

organisation. You will be responsible for assisting in various HR activities, ensuring compliance with policies and

regulations, and contributing to the overall employee experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual

with a passion for HR to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

No two days in a high-growth startup are the same, but these will be your key responsibilities:

• Coordinate the on-boarding of new hires, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and

orientation materials.

• Co-ordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening and interview

scheduling.

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Support the administration of performance reviews, working closely with team leaders and

managers to ensure timely and constructive feedback.

• Support HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement and talent

development.

• Act as a point of contact for employee relation matters, addressing concerns and fostering a

positive workplace culture.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Manage day-to-day people operations administration and regularly review and update

processes including casual conversion, people reporting and org structure management.

Who are you, and what experience will you bring?

You’re a natural problem solver. You love to find more efficient ways of doing things, and you were born with a

gift when it comes to organisation. You love to work in a team environment, where you can bounce ideas off your

peers, but thrive in a role where you can be autonomous in your day to day.

We’re open to different skills and backgrounds who can help us deliver on this role, though it’s important that

you’ll have:

• A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferable but not

desired.

• 2-3 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a generalist capacity

• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

• A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
