This role will give you the opportunity to set up and run your own program, with the ability to develop strategy and manage execution – the ideal opportunity to build and grow alongside the rapid growth trajectory of the business.
What you bring
- Experience or a compelling track record managing a web personalization program
- Must have experience managing CRO for either B2B or ecommerce sites in a fast-growth environment, either in-house or agency-side
- Multiple years of experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to manage resources and influence positive change across Web, Marketing, Design, Localization, Email/CRM, and Sales teams
- Deep understanding of experimentation and testing methodologies, with the proven ability to run multiple A/B and multivariate tests concurrently – and to implement changes based on the resulting insights
- Must be able to manage end-to-end testing process including hypothesis setting, test design, goal-setting, execution, analysis, reporting, and resulting implementation based on learnings
- Accomplished project manager capable of implementing and iterating to achieve data-drive success within tight timelines
- Demonstrated ability to pinpoint opportunities to improve web experiences, apply conversion rate optimization techniques, and drive sustained improvements across a high-traffic site
- Exceptional attention to detail required to ensure accurate implementation, alongside strong communication skills
- Strong mastery of analytical and optimization tools
- Sound understanding of UX, content marketing strategy, SEO, and email/CRM principles
- Ability to translate brand messaging into consistent and high-converting web experiences
- Passion to stay informed about competitor strategies and industry benchmarks, alongside the ability to proactively identify opportunities and outperform competitors
- Experience working asynchronously within a global team is a huge advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Work within an experienced Content & SEO team who are driven by data, hungry to succeed, and passionate about helping each other learn and develop
- Have the chance to build and implement a strategic personalization program, leveraging your CRO knowledge to build tailored web experiences across remote.com for multiple personas and segments
- Work cross-functionally with the strong support of an expert team of high-caliber digital marketing professionals, working alongside our Brand Design, Growth Engineering, Localization, and Performance Marketing teams
- Work autonomously with both the guidance of senior leaders and the efficiency of asynchronous work practices to ensure you can work to maximize output rather than time spent at desk
- You will have access to a strong tech stack with market-leading testing tools, and a supporting Marketing Operations team to help you track and analyze performance

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $34,550 USD to $ 77,750 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
