About Deliverect

We seek a Head of Growth Marketing to drive high-impact, data-driven marketing initiatives that fuel revenue growth, accelerate pipeline, and enhance our brand presence across global markets.

Role Overview

As Head of Growth Marketing, you will own the execution of marketing strategies that drive demand, product adoption, and revenue acceleration. You will oversee growth marketing, product marketing, product launches, and Deliverect’s online presence, ensuring marketing functions as a revenue engine rather than a support function. This role demands both strategic vision and hands-on execution to deliver measurable business impact.


Key Responsibilities:

Growth & Demand Generation

  • Lead and execute performance marketing, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales priorities and optimize the marketing funnel for conversion and revenue impact.
  • Use data-driven experimentation to continuously improve lead generation and pipeline acceleration.

Brand, Content & Online Presence

  • Own Deliverect’s digital and online presence, optimizing our website, social channels, and content strategy for visibility and engagement.
  • Ensure marketing efforts strengthen Deliverect’s industry leadership and credibility in the enterprise and mid-market space.
  • Oversee high-impact content creation, including thought leadership, case studies, and customer stories to support demand generation.

Product Marketing & Launches

  • Oversee product marketing strategy, ensuring clear value messaging and competitive positioning for new and existing products.
  • Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches, ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Develop compelling content, sales enablement materials, and market insights to support adoption and growth.

Sales & GTM Enablement

  • Partner with sales leadership to deliver tools, insights, and content that improve sales effectiveness.
  • Build a reporting and feedback system between sales and marketing to refine strategy in real-time.
  • Ensure marketing and GTM efforts are executed with speed and precision to match the pace of a high-growth scale-up.

What you bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or demand generation in a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech company.
  • Strong track record of executing high-impact marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue acceleration.
  • Expertise in ABM, digital marketing, product launches, and online brand positioning.
  • Fluent in at least two languages; additional languages are a plus to support Deliverect’s global presence.
  • London-based, with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on approach with a bias for execution and measurable impact.
  • Ability to lead and scale a global team, while fostering cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, and GTM teams.
  • Agile, creative, and analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making and rapid iteration.
