About the team
The Global Sales Enablement team connects specialists to high-value global projects by selecting strategic accounts, building strong account teams, and fostering long-term partnerships. They focus on bid management, sales support, cross-selling, and market intelligence to support Brunel’s global growth.
About the role
You will collaborate with the Brunel USA Country Manager, US Strategic Account Team, and Strategic Global Account Team to support Brunel’s ExxonMobil account, a major player in conventional energy. Reporting to the USA Country Manager (with a dotted line to the Strategic Global Account Manager & Director), your role is to help develop and execute the strategic account plan for the U.S. The goal is to build a long-term partnership with ExxonMobil, increasing business results and contributing to Brunel’s U.S. and global strategy.
What you will do
- Ensure a clear, growth-driven account plan is established, maintained, and executed in coordination with the USA Country Manager and Strategic Global Account Manager & Director.
- Actively engage in sales activities like client meetings, seminars, and relationship-building with decision-makers to discover new project opportunities worldwide.
- Coach and mentor local Business Development Managers, Program/Account Managers, and Account Coordinators to maximize opportunities and grow business volume.
- Understand the client’s business, processes, challenges, and opportunities, and share insights with the Brunel Strategic Global Account Team to define actionable steps.
- Strengthen the relationship with the client to explore additional opportunities and expand the partnership to other global locations.
- Keep performance and activity reports up to date and analyze internal data to determine necessary actions.
Main deliverables
- Increase gross profit, gross profit percentage, and share of wallet.
- Build a long-term partnership and ensure operational excellence with the Strategic Global Account.
- Develop and implement a U.S. account strategy aligned with the Global Account Plan, with clear objectives and execution milestones.
- Lead a collaborative U.S. account team to capitalize on opportunities.
- Participate in the global account team to drive global opportunities.
- Increase internal awareness and enthusiasm for the client.
- Identify and win new opportunities to provide value-added services in existing and new locations.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, including 3-5 years managing a strategic account.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and international experience working with diverse cultures (experience in the staffing/recruitment industry is a plus).
- Fluent in English and open to international travel.
