We are seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquistion Partner to join our team, focussing on the India region. This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact our company’s growth by fulfilling our hiring requirements and attracting top talent.  Are you up for the challenge?

 

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Bloomreach, you will play a critical role in our recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract and retain the best candidates to drive our business forward. You will work closely with hiring managers and executives to understand their needs, develop recruitment plans, and implement sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential candidates. Your expertise in the talent acquisition process will be essential in shaping our company and supporting our growth objectives.

This role is a 6-month contract commencing final quater 2024 with the possibility of extension.

Your job will be to:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define the candidate requirements & hiring process.
  • Source, identify, engage and secure top talent using a variety of channels.
  • Negotiate potential offers and successfully close candidates.

Partner with hiring managers

  • Define candidate requirements, including experience, soft and hard skills
  • Align on the hiring process preferences & panelists
  • Set up & adhere to a regular check-in cadence according to mutual preferences

Source top talent

  • Utilize sourcing strategies and research methods effective for each specific requisition.
  • Be the search expert by understanding hiring needs and search requirements.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience for all engaged candidates.

Successfully close candidates

  • Work closely with the Hiring Team to move candidates through the interview process as smoothly and quickly as possible.
  • Make sure candidates are motivated and engaged. 
  • Facilitate offer negotiation & sendout. Make sure onboarding starts as quickly as possible.

Your success story will be:

  • In 14 days, you will be fully introduced and onboarded into the company context.
  • In 30 days, you will get started with recruiting for 6-8 requisitions, and kick off with all your hiring managers, build a pipeline. 
  • In 90 days, you will have hired 5-8 stellar candidates.

You have these qualities and experience:

  • Professional - experience in recruitment & SaaS
  • Personal - organization skills, passion for people

Professional experience (nice to have, flexible on requirements for internal candidates)

  • At least 2 years experience in recruiting with leading the interviews in a fast-paced environment in a software company or an agency.
  • Recruiting for non-technical or technical positions across functions/departments.
  • Experience with innovative research & sourcing methods.

Personal qualities

  • Being on top of hiring processes, following up, tying loose ends. 
  • People skills to understand, connect with and motivate candidates.
  • Independence to navigate you through new, ambiguous situations as we grow.
  • Ability to change gears on short notice and adapt to fast changing environments.

Compensation:

  • Restricted Stock Units or Stock Options are granted depending on a team member’s role, seniority, and location.*
