About the Role:
This individual is responsible for partnering with the retailer and internal cross-functional teams to deliver and exceed OLAPLEX’s sales objectives. The Manager will help develop and drive channel strategy by optimizing brand representation at all touch points to maximize sell-in & sell-out and drive initiatives to increase channel profitability. Key to this role is understanding and communicating what is needed from each cross-functional team to deliver the best execution of core and innovation support plans, working across product strategy, education, field sales, creative, inventory planning, global marketing, and operations.
- Know the business inside & out, in each channel; share regular, comprehensive sales recaps to management and cross-functional teams, and use knowledge of day-to-day business results to inform overall account strategy
- Independently manage existing Accounts as the direct point of contact for day-to-day business needs, recurring calls, and meetings
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and other KPIs are met by proactively developing and executing strategies to drive business
- Establish and own best-in-class relationships with Merchants / Category Managers; secure their alignment on brand strategy and maximize retailer support for key launches and new initiatives
- Manage planning and negotiation of in-store, digital, and marketing initiatives while supporting go-to-market plans and overarching brand priorities
- Partner with internal and external teams to meet deadlines and deliverables, identify risks and opportunities, and build contingency plans where necessary
- Support execution of Retail Sales initiatives and projects, Market Meeting Decks, and 360 brand strategies
- Partner with Marketing, Education, and Planning teams to develop/implement new launch forecasts, sampling plans, education & training levers, and Retailer targeted needs to grow business
- Lead visual merchandising to execute brand vision. Ensure merchandising is optimized for sales performance, is on-budget and is creatively consistent across regions
- Ensure channel forecasts and inventory follow sales strategy & business trends for both core product and newness
- Manage channel assortments to optimize sales and minimize inventory liability
- Monitor and help optimize channel and owned product inventory, including overseeing excess & obsolescence strategy
- Regularly update and manage Sales reporting templates, Retail calendars, budgets, forecasts, RTVs, and T&Ds
- Report on overall market activities and conditions, key sales metrics, and potential business expansion opportunities
About You:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the prestige retail industry
- Numbers driven with a high comfort level navigating Excel
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Our Total Rewards:
The annual base pay for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
