As a business analyst working with Red Hat marketing's new digital asset management system (Aprimo DAM) you will be responsible for system administration, establishing policies and governance, developing process for ingestion and cataloging, taxonomy and metadata management, search optimization, and end user enablement. A successful candidate will work cross-functionally with stakeholders and librarians from other organizations within Global Marketing to execute a strategy to help end users easily find and operationalize content. Defining clear roles and responsibilities will be key to create an efficient and productive process around management of the DAM and it's assets.
Responsibilities
Administer the digital asset management system (e.g., user management, creating new fields, etc.).
Establish and maintain best practices in digital asset management.
Enable end users to find and operationalize content.
Work with other librarians to publish new content and archive expired content.
Manage metadata completeness and accuracy across all assets.
Contribute to the overall marketing taxonomy and metadata strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders and the global marketing workflows analyst to streamline and automate as much of the content lifecycle management process as possible.
Requirements ¿
BA/BS in a related field.
At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Experience administering or managing aspects of a digital asset management system (ADAM or Aprimo DAM is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Advanced user of Excel.
Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
Superior attention to detail.
Enjoys learning and thrives in a role supporting evolving technology and processes.
