A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

Inside Ideas is a rapidly expanding creative services agency with a twist – we provide our clients with bespoke dedicated agencies that operate from within their offices. We are building a team of individuals who have the ability and confidence to learn on the job and help the client transform their marketing capabilities.

Are you a visual virtuoso with an eye for aesthetics and a passion for bringing ideas to life? Do you dream in colours, shapes, and pixels, constantly seeking new ways to push the boundaries of motion and design? If so, we want you as a part of our Philippines hub team. Working across multiple brands, we want you to create impactful communications, smart ideas and design best practices.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Channel your inner artist to conceptualize and create captivating designs for a wide range of projects, from branding and marketing materials to motion assets.
  • Collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, brainstorming concepts, iterating on feedback, and delivering designs animation that exceed expectations.
  • Deep dive into the minds of audiences, understanding their needs, preferences, and behaviours, and using that insight to inform your designs and create experiences that resonate on a visceral level.
  • Stay ahead of the curve, keeping up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporating them into your work to keep our brand fresh, relevant, and ahead of the pack.
  • Oversee the team in the delivery all design required and ensure consistency of high standards and accuracy across all messaging to the agreed briefs and established brand values.
  • Working in collaboration with copy team to ensure your work is optimized for its destination.
  • Oversee the quality control processes and procedures from a design perspective.
  • Address internal and external comments on your work intelligently and question any that are inappropriate, inaccurate, or unclear.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE: 

Person specification and key skills:

  • Atleast 7 years’ of experience in the design/advertising/marketing sectors.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, with a deep understanding of design principles, motion, typography, and colour theory.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to craftsmanship, ensuring every pixel is in its place.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate your ideas, provide and receive feedback constructively, and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, consumer health and wellness products, is a huge advantage.
  • A methodical and considered approach to design and motion projects.
  • Experience working across and delivering both digital, print, and motion-based projects.
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility best practice.
  • Share know-how and best work across network.
  • Keeping up to date with current design thinking and trends.

  • Good time management skills
  • Confident and articulate, with the ability to voice and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients.
  • Great team player with a client-centric focus and possess the ability to build strong and effective working relationships
  • Confident in your own abilities and be able to proactively influence clients and manage their expectations.
  • Strong communication skills and ensure that internal processes are maintained and improved.
