VirtualStaff365 is an outsourcing business, recruiting and managing quality candidates for our Australian clients. All candidates are working remotely, and reside predominantly in the Philippines, but not exclusively.

As a fast-growing business in a fast-growing sector, we're seeking to take on an HR Assistant, to join our team.

Key Performance Areas of this position:

  • Maintain time & attendance records
  • Maintain leave records
  • General staff support functions
  • Maintain timekeeping system-related data
  • General staff and client correspondence
  • Record keeping and reporting
  • General management support

Duties and Responsibilities of this position:

  • Assist with time & attendance related matters and communicate with clients
  • Keep clients updated on staff whereabouts
  • Maintain and keep attendance and leave records accurately
  • Maintain Time Dr records and update/amend hours as required
  • General administrative and data processing / capturing tasks
  • Assist with general staff and client correspondence
  • Assist with offboarding staff and related functions
  • Assist with gifts, cakes, vouchers, etc as and when required
  • Assist with public holidays and office closure correspondence
  • Assist with disaster management and recovery
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Accurate reporting, administration, and data processing
  • Professional client liaison to give effect to the abovementioned tasks

Key Performance Indicators for this position:

  • Clients are informed whenever a staff is late for work for 10 minutes and kept updated
  • Keep clients updated on staff’s whereabouts until the staff is back online and working
  • Accomplish weekly and monthly reports on time
  • Send gifts and other requirements to staff in a timely manner
  • Attendance (daily) and leave tracker (as needed) documents are updated regularly
  • Off-Boarding Staff

Requirements

  • Experience as HR Assistant/Generalist or similar setup.
  • At least 3 years of Home-based HR/staff/client support assistant services.
  • Working in a professional client-facing environment
  • Experience working in fast-paced / dynamic environment
