Skill sets Must Have 5-10+ years of experience in CRM implementation in Microsoft Dynamics Platform. end to end implementation experience in Sales and Service module/cycle. Domain (financial/payment) expertise is required. Technical strategy/architecture (Azure is preferred) expertise and experience is a must Experience leading and driving large, global, transformational initiatives. Multi-disciplinary skills and experience in ideation, software design, programming, debugging, and optimization Hands on data migration/replication/retention, 3rd party/custom systems integration, data architecture (encryption/decryption, in transit/REST etc.) experience is a must Must have MSD platform/security related experience which includes BYOK, TDE, SQL TDE, 2FA, SSO, SSDLC etc Able to follow processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Experience with advising subordinates how to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong emphasis on customer service. Previous experience working with other senior managers with establishing strategic plans and objectives. Must have previous hands on experience with Release Management (CI/CD, Azure DevOps/JIRA, Git etc) Skill sets Nice to Have hands on experience in dev frameworks such as React with Typescript, is preferred and/or PowerApps component Framework (PCF) |
