Senior Product Manager, Liquidity Management

Liquidity Enhancement: Continuously optimize trading fee structures and market maker policies to improve platform liquidity across various currencies and spread ranges.

Monitoring & User Support: Develop and maintain a comprehensive monitoring system to track and analyze the trading strategies of different user segments. Proactively address issues and provide timely support to enhance user experience.

Client Engagement: Conduct regular interviews with clients to gain insights into their strategies and requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to propose and implement feasible solutions that meet client needs.

Demonstrated solid experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

A strong interest in the Web3, Crypto, and Blockchain industries, with a desire to stay ahead of industry trends.

Excellent logical thinking, communication, and quick learning abilities, enabling you to tackle complex challenges effectively.

Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over products, driving them from concept to launch.

Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions and strategies.
