And to keep your fellow co-workers informed, engaged and connected in a constantly changing business environment.</p><h3>Purpose</h3><p>The main responsibility is to enhance the positive perception of IKEA brand and products, IKEA organization in Baltic countries through external and internal communication.<br></p><h3>What you will be doing as a Corporate Communication Manager for Baltics</h3><ul><li>Contribute to creating and enhancing the positive image of IKEA brand and products, as well as IKEA organization as such through external and internal communication.</li><li>Develop and maintain PR and internal communication strategies, campaigns, tactics, and budgets.</li><li>Track and analyse PR and internal campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Prepare the media material: press releases, articles, comments for media in Baltic countries.</li><li>Organize events and other activities, dedicated for IKEA stakeholders and co-workers.</li><li>Ensure a consistent tone of voice and quality of communication.</li><li>Manage a team of skilled PR and internal communications co-workers.</li><li>Assess communication risks and follow tendencies in the Baltics.</li><li>Prepare for and manage crises that could impact reputation.</li></ul><h3>Why we at IKEA will love you</h3><ul><li>At least 5 years experience of preparing the media material (press releases, comments, articles, other content) and sustaining the active media relations network in Baltic countries.</li><li>Experience of leading the team.</li><li>Crisis communication experience.</li><li>Knowledge in Baltic country media landscape, experience in media relations.</li><li>Knowledge in internal communication principles and ways of working.</li><li>Excellent project management, event organizing skills, creativity and openness to drive crazy IKEA ideas.</li><li>Ability to create content and express communication insights.</li><li>Networking and relationship skills.</li><li>Fluent or very good in English (spoken and written).</li></ul><ul></ul><h3>Why you will love working with us at IKEA</h3><p>IKEA offers an exciting and empowering work environment in the Baltic market.
