Platform Owner

• Platform Owner plays a crucial role in ensuring the platform's success, stability, and alignment with the organization's strategic objectives while fostering positive relationships with customers and vendors.
• The Platform Owner will be supporting Client's internal usage of SimpleRM, RAA, and Quantive.
• Establish and maintain platform policies, governance processes, and standards to ensure stability and compliance.
• Oversee platform operations, outage response, and monitoring
• Develop integration and automation strategies
• Manage vendor relations, contracts, and renewals
• Foster relationships with and as reference customer and drive mutual success plans
• Platform roadmap ambassador, facilitating alpha and beta programs
• execute effective communication and announcements
• Generate and communicate platform-level reporting

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor's in Computer Information Systems (or similar field)
• Strong background in cloud-based technologies

• Platform specific certifications where applicable or ability to obtain within first 30 days\
